
Returns & Exchange Policy
At Sartor Bespoke Tailoring, every garment is crafted with meticulous attention to detail, tailored specifically to each client’s measurements, style, and preferences. We pride ourselves on delivering an impeccable, custom fit. Due to the bespoke nature of our garments, the following returns and exchange policies apply:
Custom Garments
• Non-Returnable: Custom garments are created to your unique specifications and are therefore non-returnable.
• Alterations: We offer complimentary adjustments to ensure your garment fits perfectly. If your suit, shirt, or other bespoke item requires minor alterations after delivery, please contact us within 7 days, and we’ll be glad to assist.
• Fit Guarantee: We stand by our fit promise. If adjustments are necessary, we’ll make every effort to provide the best fit through additional fittings or alterations.
Conditions for Alteration Services
• If further adjustments are needed beyond initial alterations, additional charges may apply depending on the extent of work required. We’ll provide a clear estimate before proceeding.
Defective or Faulty Items
• In the rare instance that a garment is found to have a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will inspect the garment and, if deemed faulty, will either repair, replace, or offer a credit at no additional cost.
Order Cancellation
• Orders for custom garments may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. After 24 hours, the deposit becomes non-refundable due to the start of the tailoring process.
